In District Gurdaspur, ‘Mission Clean’ has gained momentum Provided a corruption free environment in the tehsils

Gurdaspur, November 2 ( munira salam tari) The ‘Mission Clean’ launched under the leadership of Sh Charanjit Singh Channi, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Punjab has gained momentum in Gurdaspur district.Transparent, impartial and corruption free services are being provided in the district.

Mr. Mohammad Ishfaq, Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur, while talking about ‘Mission Clean’, said that no leniency, negligence or carelessness would be tolerated in providing day to day services to the people.No stone will be left unturned to provide a corruption free environment to the people.

Settlement of pending mutations

Talking about the pending mutations in the district, the Deputy Commissioner said that Gurdaspur district was leading in handling the mutations as compared to other districts of the state.He said that there were a total of 9374 pending mutations out of which 8826 have been settled and the remaining 548 mutations are pending in the inheritance disputes or in the courts.

District Sewa kender, leading in providing services across the state:

The 40 Seva Kendras operating in Gurdaspur district are leading in providing services to the people on priority basis from across the state and timely services are being provided to the people. From 1st January 2021 to 31st October 2021,  296760 applications have been applied and 285039 have been approved in the district service center

Providing transparent and smooth services to the people in the tehsils:

Talking about providing transparent and smooth services to the people in the tehsils, the Deputy Commissioner appealed to the people to get the registration done only for the government fee. In addition, if any employee or Vasika Navis demands more money, they can lodge a complaint on the mobile number 62393-01830 of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur.

Black marketeer of sand will not be spared :

The ‘Mission Clean’ launched under the leadership of Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Charanjit Singh Channi has started in the district and the black marketeer of sand will not be spared.He said that the official price of river sand was Rs. 9 (cubic loading) per cubic foot. If the quarry contractor collects or demands more than the government fixed price, a complaint can be lodged against him.Complaints can be lodged at the office of Deputy Commissioner Gurdaspur 62393-01830, District Mining Officer No. 97805-55430, Assistant District Mining Officer Gurdaspur No. 96460-65823 and Mining Inspector Mobile No. 80541-00676. He told the people that they can also buy sand directly.
