Qadian 23 Dec (Salam Tari)Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at conduct its traditional spiritual annual gathering on the 23rd to 25th of December 2022 in Qadian. 131 years ago today in 1891, the founder of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaal, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani, the Promised Messiah and the Promised Mahdi, peace be upon him, laid the foundation and promoted inter-faith peace and reconciliation by the order of Allah. The purpose of this spiritual convention is to call the world to its real creator, to create mutual sympathy between God’s creatures and to promote brotherhood and harmony among inter-faith followers. This gathering is not an ordinary convention, but it is a unique and distinguished convention in terms of its nature and history. This Jalsa is a spiritual gathering in which the seekers of truth come from distinct &faraway places, putting aside their worldly aims and objectives and enduring the hardships of travel. This year, guests from different provinces of India and foreign countries are also participating in this convention. However, according to the Government guidelines, all the precautionary measures of Covid-19 are being followed. In this three-day gathering, there will be such speeches and visions that will guide the delegates on the path of development both morally and spiritually. Everyone who joins this convention feels a sense of faith and freshness within himself and returns with renewed faith and morals.
Through this gathering, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at promote the message that man should turn to his creator and adopt the principle of “love for all and hatred for none” and respect the religious sentiments and feelings of other people and respect the rights of others.
